Burns Night

We’ve teamed up with The Singleton Whisky on a four-course Burns Night dinner celebrating the very best of Scottish produce and whisky.

Join us on Monday January 26th for a 7pm sitting. Dishes include ‘Cullen Skink’ Croquette, Venison Carpaccio, Highland Wagyu Bavette with Rumbledethumps, Haggis, Greens, Whisky Sauce, and Ecclefechen Tart to finish.

Included in your ticket price are one Singleton cocktail and a dram of Singleton 12yo. 

In line with tradition, we’ll have a live bagpiper along with a traditional reading of Burns’ famous poem ‘Address to a Haggis’.
